Q-Interline wins first order in Italy

After a few months of testing the analytical solution and a short decision-making from the customer, Q-Interline has won the first customer in Italy.

Q-Interline has sold the first instrument for in-line analysis of fresh mozzarella to an exciting customer in Northern Italy. The customer first tested the Quant instrument at-line in their lab as proof of concept and later moved the instrument to in-line as an InSight Pro installation. The test period ended successfully, and the customer signed the quote to buy the InSight Pro solution for analysing their mozzarella production in-line.

With this sale, Q-Interline enters the Italian market and gets many new exiting opportunities. Q-Interline has an extensive experience with analysis of mozzarella in-line from installations at large customer sites in Denmark and Germany. These existing customers obtain better utilization of their raw milk and a more sustainable production using InSight Pro. Italy is homeland for mozzarella and other soft cheeses and this sale emphasizes Q-Interline’s market position within in-line analysis.

”The customer started testing our analysis instrument Quant with Petri Sampler at-line beginning of Q4 last year and after a few months they moved the test to in-line to test analysis of their production process. On the basis of this test, the customer chooses to buy the solution showing they are convinced this is the right solution for them. They even plan to have another measuring point installed in the flow, which is a unique option with the InSight Pro solution,” says Martin R. Henriksen, CEO, and he continues; ”Italy is an important market for us as it is one of the countries in Europe with most dairies”.

With this sale, Q-Interline has now sold instruments in 43 countries
