Q-Interline has been granted funds for a leadership development programme – Servant Leadership. Part of the funds are granted from Erhvervshusene and the other half of the granted funds are from EU.

The project – Servant Leadership Development programme

The purpose of the project is to develop the leadership management skills within the management group to move closely together and to be the high performing team – needed to lead the way in expanding our business.

Also, we want to continue to grow our culture, to ensure ownership, engagement and motivation among our present and future employees to support the growth and development of Q-interline.

All this by growing a Servant Leadership culture, where there are clear mandates and empowerment, and where we via leadership ensures that all employees have the best possible prerequisites for performance. We wish to have a workplace, where employees are empowered and where work is meaningful to everyone ensuring employee well-being and job satisfaction.

We will work with two tracks in the program:

  1. Development of the leadership team, and relations in this – towards a high performing team.
  2. Introduction to and training of various leadership tools, which supports a Servant Leadership culture.

The project runs from January to around October 2024

Servant Leadership supports a continuous improvement, learning, and development mindset. Additional effects of Servant Leadership include and are not limited to – increased psychological safety, ownership, confidence, openness, and a natural direct feedback culture.
